MASALA PANCAKE TIFFIN



Ingredients of Masala Pancake Tiffin

  • 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon oats
  • 1 cup and 3 and 1/4 tablespoon water
  • 3 and 1/4 tablespoon onion
  • 1 and 1/2 green chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
  • 3 and 1/4 tablespoon tomato
  • 3/4 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

How to make Masala Pancake Tiffin
Step 1
In a medium sized bowl, mix all the ingredients of the batter. Beat it well. Add water to make a batter of pouring consistency.

Step 2
Put a non-stick pan on a medium flame and heat it up. Grease lightly and spread one small ladle of the batter. Spread lightly.

Step 3
Flip it to the other side after 2 minutes when the edges turn slightly brown in color. Cook the other side as well. Pour it on a separate plate and serve it with mint chutney.
